NBA grants
A grant is a sum of money awarded by the Australian Government to an entity to undertake a specific project that will benefit the Australian public. The Australian Government provides billions of dollars worth of grants every year.
The NBA provides grants under the National Blood Sector Research and Development Program.
We award grants in line with the Commonwealth Grants Rules and Guidelines 2017(Opens in a new tab/window) to ensure we are getting value for money.
Grant reporting duties
We report on the grants we award.
Under the Commonwealth Grants Rules and Guidelines 2017, we must publish details of grants awarded on GrantConnect. We must do this within 21 days of the grant agreement taking effect.
